Have you ever done any mods that involve wiring?
Maybe installed an amp? I had an EA a few years ago, previous owner had installed an amp and hadn't wired it into remote so the sucker was always on. Battery would go flat every couple of days if it wasn't driven. |

All I can suggest from behind the keyboard is you check the water level in the battery, and make sure the alternator isn't undercharging or overcharging it (it could be boiling all the water out)

Seeing as you replaced the battery with a second hand one, it is quite possible that the "new" battery is stuffed too!

my monies on the battery. if its not holding charge then its rooted. charge the battery up, disonect the earth strap on the car, leave over night, connect it back up in the morning and try and start the car. if she doesnt turn then you know what the problem is.

blackjack_original wrote: I doubt it's the battery. And like I said, the cells are full, and they look nice. Still not a 100% guarantee. Test the battery as suggested above - you need to prove it before moving onto anything else.
