A while ago I was trying to remove my gearstick so I could pull the trim off it, clean it up and apply carbon fiber to it. But when I got most of the trim out of the way and it came down to the gearstick it all looked pretty complex, so I straight away put everything back not wanting to risk breaking something.
I've decided I wanna try again but still don't wanna risk it.
So I was wondering if anyone knows how to get the damn thing out? It's an automatic, but all I really need is the gearnob I guess, the trim around the bottom of it would be useful too.

Cheers if anyone can help out with this ;)

About where should it be located? There's a few down there and I don't really wanna start undoing them all just to see which is the right one.
Although that is my usual method and it's worked well so far :D
But I don't think I could fix this if I screwed it up
