Hey guys,

Just bought my 4th Falcon which is a BA Futura, however just want to touch up a few minor things and it will be perfect.

Currently the steering wheel has damage to the effect of the outer layer coming away and exposing the inside foam. I want to replace it but I have a few questions before doing so if anyone can help.

#1 I think I have the interior colour of dark stone but how can I find this out for sure?

#2 If replacing just the wheel and keeping my own airbag that should bring across the steering wheel controls if I were to source a wheel from an XT or something right?

#3 I can seem to find heaps of warm charcoal wheels but none of my colour. Do you think it would look stupid if I were to put one of those into my interior especially considering the airbag would be a different colour too. I'm not sure how different they are.

from memory in the ba you got 2 choices of interior colour schemes. black and a s**t grey looking thing. obvious differences between them. one has a black door trim, the other had black on the top and grey on the bottom of the door trim. the cruise and stereo buttons are bolted onto the wheel behind the airbag, so can be transferred onto new wheel easily enough.
