I am fitting a EF steering colum, EL combination switch and steering wheel in my car. Would i have to upgrade my existing cruise control to EF spec in order for all the steering wheel buttons to operate correctly? (The set + and set - functions). As EA-ED didn't have these.

Any help appreciated
