Well since about 180000km the washer bottle light wont turn off at all even when its full of water so how do I clear the problem?

the sensor in the bottle is probably your problem. the float might jsut be stuck or it might bu up the s**t.
i guess you could pull it out and check it and or replace it, or pull the bulb from the dash

Yep - had that problem in my NA Fairlane. I had to replace the sensor as it was not floating, and always registering empty.

a quick fix is to unplug it.....

Unplugging it will not fix it.
The circuit looks at the sensor with two resistors. It checks to see if the sensor is connected and if the sensor is short circuited.It will only turn out the light when it see a specific resistance. This is done to protect u from a faulty sensor etc letting the engine get overheated without letting u know the water has p****d off.
