I just take the part out of the dash, spray it with "De greaser" dry off the residue.. just spray on a few layers of "bunnings fineist" then coat with the clear laquer of the spray can type..

I've obviously spent far to much time prepping. Sanding everything back to smooth, primer, two-pack, clear coat, polish and wax.

Acrylic clear - 2k base coat - high fill - mipa plastic primer and some hard work getting the grain look out ,

i did my old falc in the cheapo vymyl an within 76 months some had bubbled and come off, i re did it all with decent primer and a 2pac finish followed by a matt overlay and it came up trumps
