You know the plastic stuff p[eople use to make 'windows' in there sub boxs (perspex is it?). Where can I get a sheet of that?
(it's not for my sub box, but I thought there might be a few people on ere h who have used it and know what type of store would probably have such things).

Yeah its perspex. Try a glass shop.

If you're after a sub box window be sure to get real thick stuff, you don't want it flexing with the bass - it'll ruin the SQ.

Nah, it's not for that. How strong is the stuff? I thought it was fairly rigid and that.

Better off with 'real' glass if you can find some thicker stuff.

perspex is not as rigid as glass, but is stronger - ie. glass will break before bending, the perspex will bend before breaking.

If you go to a real glass/window shop tell them what you're making and they (if they're good) will provide advise.

Nah glass is no good, it'll probably take a few knocks and last thing I'd want is broken glass everywere.
