I personally think they are too big, but the design looks the goods.

as far as i remember cracks in wheels cant be fixed because it causes the wheel to become weaker and will be easy to brake, although my vote is 17's and slam it harder, there's only so low you can go with 19's till they become an issue.

18s look good on EF/ELs, not too big, not too small. 19s could be borderline.... it's up to each person as to what looks good or not. Sometimes 19s can look, sometimes they can look a bit..... try-hard. It depends on the wheel design, I think.
< 18s on mine. |

they may look good but yeah you'll have issues. EA - D have big guards. i fit 19x8 AU onwards offset with 30mm spacers on mine and it's 2" lowered from standard. but another mate with a EL XR8 tried the same wheels and he scrubbed the sidewall badly

lol they aint too big.... Ive got 20s on mine, 18s look
good on EF/L until you get a ticky kit.... then they just look too small.... thats the reason I got rid of my 18s and changed to the 20s.....

Thats it I run 19"s on mine and barely scrub at all with the superlows up front and shortened shocks - the scrubbing can occur even on a dumped set of 17" you just have to be mindful of going larger rims and how increasing the width of the rims/tyres as well as their height can cause scrubbing. As so does camber/castor adjustments due to changes in the track distance.
