just wondering whats good to clean leather and keep it soft.
i got a eb ghia leather interior and its a little grubby.
i thought about cleaning it with nifty or something like that and rub baby oil in it... ive heard some stories about armoural where it has made leather crack.. ive been using it on my dash pad with no probs...
what do you guys think...??????

there is some stuff called hide Food that is made by/for jaguar. i believe that is good stuff

i use that meguires leathe foam. it cleans and protects and smells good too :)

Hi guys
well ive just put the leather seats and door trims in the car and it looks good. so far ive cleened them with mr muscle and rubbed baby oil on them but they still have a grubby look. i still havnt put the scuff panels or the kick panels yet..... :) :)

i got the interior from FordPro at smithfield
included seats ,doortrims and all plastic accesories.
Just havent put plastics in yet....

I got the whole lot for $600
they were out of a red one that was smashed up the a***!
i will sell the front and rear seats with doortrims for $300
or make me an offer....

Ha Ha regie no I still have my Whole interior & TMAN NK well join the XR/FAIRMONT GHIA club you are the 3rd person I know in Sydney with a car decked out the same as mine & Brads.
And Regie keep HUNTING you will get those front seats ONE DAY. :lol:

regie is just envoius about my car & always wanted the front end & the front seats but he can (a) hunt for them or (b) dream about them as if I write my car off I'll definitaley buy a NC or a DC FAIRLANE GHIA & transfer the door trims aswell as the seats as I saw one going for less then 4K with a V8.

dont use the normal Armourall, thats only for plastic, rubber & vinyl... u must use specified leather protectant...i use the Armourall Leather Protector....

i will try some leather products and let you know how it works.
looks like the xr with fairmont ghia interior is becoming popular.
