If you've got a computer, DO NOT PAY A FORTUNE. Plus you can do something unique.

I had white face guages for a while ..

But they started to give me the s**t .

Blue number/lettiing, and the backlight lights up white .

Went back to standard orange dash with green silcon sleeves over the bulbs

How is $70 for a few bits of plastic, resonable. Especially since those logos look very low res, the dials look great, but the few I've seen with the XR and Fairmont logos on them, the logos look very dodgy.

Mine cost me all up $0 (seeing I already had all the materials).

Had I not have had a colour laser printer, it would've been a few bucks at a OfficeWorks/Kinkos etc.

I got scanned originals, in photoshop format that you can use as a template.

http://fordmods.datamine.tk/dials/speedo.psd
http://fordmods.datamine.tk/dials/tacho.psd

These are from an EF, but fit an EL perfectly (I've got an EL), and I prefer the EF ones as they have 5KM/h ticks (vs. 10 on the EL), and 100rpm ticks (vs. 250rpm).

If someone really wants, I'll do up some EL ones into a template.

nah mine look good and they are very well made, i dont think it was an un reasonable price to pay, when other people sell style dials for $200.

im not gonna comment much on ures data mine caus i havent seen em in the flesh, but the ones ive got look quite professional in the day and the night they light evenly and are quite bright no leds required ( i might go for white ones anyway)

ive tried making em myself and paper really doesnt do it for me even if it is that transperncy paper.
