Just a note in relation to the photographs I posted. It appears as though there are 'hot' spots from the lights. The reason for this is that I had 2 blown glodes about of the 6. In the flesh there are no hot spots. You will also notice that the top photo has the XR6 logo illuminated and the bottom doesn't, and although the photos at night appear to have orange needles, they are in fact white, it's just the way the photo came out.

I'm currenlty in the process of trying to change the needles colour at night.

Both these sets of dials are from HCCA and he is very helpful and easy to deal with.

Cheers
Chris

they look prety good especialy when you got a white car, but only problem at certain parts of the day late in the arvo when driving they become realy hard to read mostly when you got the lights on.

Oi Rapier the lyrics for "Only a Woman" you have in your signature is incorrect btw. It's meant to be "I wanna tell you how much" instead of "I'm gonna". I have the mp3, so that has to be right. Thank me later, lol. Unless ofcourse you have different lyrics for some reason on purpose?

yeah ive got the soundtrack i just grabbed the lyrics of ww.letssingit.com damn funny song when you listen to it all

I reckon anything would beat the grey dials in the ELs. I much prefer the black dials in the EFs.

I reckon that top picture in cds70 looks awesome. Blue scales and orange needles. Might have to give that a go and piss off my grey dials.

I was bored with my EL dials, so I started with some EF ones and did this:

not hard to put in at all. just have to make sure when removing the needles, you mark EXACTLY where they sat when you took them off. Otherwise you may have some off readings, and perhaps one or two accidental speeding fines :P

and Till_Lind... awwwwww why! will it hurt you if i tell you im thinking of doing the door trims in blue/white too? :P
