Just picked up a 95 EF GLi.. Does anyone no how models of these had a front bench seat, column shift and a foot,handbrake.. Were they meant to be Taxis

yep youve got a taxi, check the complience pate and it should have OPT38 on it i think

i'm fairly sure bench seat was an option, doesn't mean it was a taxi. but higher chance it was :P

We had a EL wagon colum shift in at work for a service. Bit of a novelty in my opinion, but nice.

probably not, it just pushes in to lock, and then you push it in again to unlock.

how many km's are on it? That wil answer you question.

BTW not all 6 seaters were taxis. But it is a rare and undesirable option

212, most taxis we get in at work have at lest 300,000 on them
