no it wont fit but you can get boss kits to suit EF/EL
it is illegal though to put a non-airbag wheel on an EF/EL

you can get factory momo 2 tone steering wheel with airbag looks pretty good

he is asking if he can put a boss kit on an EF/EL.

and to original q, as said, no. Different shafts. ED and earlier were splined, EF onwards is a square shaft. And its illegal to remove your airbag
