right, my original plan was to get my windows tinted professionaly, but when i went to a few shops none would go darker than the legal limits...
now i see a lot of cars every day with darker than legal tints, who does them?

soo, i attempted to do it by myself, iv done my own cars before with help and they have turnerd out ok, but not this time, its crap lol.

sooo, back to the original plan.
i need to find a window tinter to do my car, im looking at 15% on the side windows, and 35% on the rear window. (or not at all on the back one)
i live in tingalpa so id hopefully find someone handyish, even better is someone willing to come to my place lol, i have a good clean garage to do it in. and at the moment i dont work wednesdays so the car is free that day.

anyone know anyone?

i have posted this on other forums without a whole lot of luck, but im hoping someone here might know someone... either a company that is willing to do it as a cashie off the books, or someoone doing it as a perkie on the side, dosnt worry me.

Don't give up!
It will be too dangerous at nightime if you go too dark.

There must have been some contamination on the glass.
I did one car and had 3 windows perfect and one bubbled all crappy. I removed the window, stripped it off and cleaned it thoroughly. Re-laminated it and got a perfect result.

yeah i had 5% tints on my old diamante back home and it was a prick at night, but the 15% isnt really that dark, and i hardly ever drive at night anyway.

but i wont try doing it myself again lol, i just dont have the patience. it wasnt comtamination onthe glass, i cleaned it real well, then went over it with a razor (amazing how much that takes off) it was just me rushing it lol.
