Its not that hard really.
EA- EL are pretty much the same. Wind window to top, tape glass to upper door frame so it wont fall back into door. Remove door trim. Locate to bolts at bottom of the window glass and remove. Remove the 4 bolts that hold the window "hoist" to the inner door panel. If it electric disconnect the wiring loom to the motor. Drill out the 3 6mm rivets that hold the winder in place. Lower winder assembly down to bottom of door and carefully remove through biggest access hole. Installation is the reverse, except you will need to replace the rivets with short 6mm bolts. Spray bailey channel with some silicone spray to assist window movement Before putting the door trim back on check action of window.

could be easier then it looks but As with most wiring the cables have a plug in them just down from the motor, this plug can only connect one way, you can't go wrong. Fiddly is the word, but certainly not a hard job.

To remove the winder assembly is exactly the same for electric or manual
The winder and the "elevator" come out as one piece, the drive cables come out with it.

To remove the glass, Remove door trim With window wound all the way up remove the two bolts at the bottom of the glass that attach to the winder assembly. Note the metal at the bottom of the glass stays on the glass. Holding the glass in place lower the winder down. Hold the top rear corner of the glass up and gently allow the front to drop. carefully turn the glass in the door until the rear edge is upmost then slide out upwards. To install is basically the reverse of this. Ensure that glass is located correctly in the bailey channel.
