Both of my EBII's had wobbly drivers side window winders. I decided to see if i could use parts off another door, but when i stripped one down the window winder looked to be an absolute bugger to replace. It seemed to need drilling, and then it just looked hard if not impossible. It looked like ford had assembled the internals and then joined the inner and outer panels.

So i decided to get a piece of metal plate about 5mm thick, 40mm wide and 110mm long. I then drilled a hole in the centre to match the winder axle, then drilled two holes near the ends and put bolts through them to the panel. I then sprayed it with silicone and put the door card back on. Works fine. But since the winder axle is aluminium i don't expect it to last long, maybe i will add a bush. Sorry, no camera.

Surely this has been fixed before better than what i have done? I didn't even look.
