Nope, sorry.....

I think that you will also find that no-one will want to seperate the wood grain panels from their doors, as they are plastic rivited in place....

I.E. once the panel is removed, its broken and useless....

Of course you'll be able to buy whole door trims with the wood grain on it. Will be pricey however I imagine.
