Hey, the other day i was drivng along when the negative terminal of my battery fell off, this caused my car to have a massive spasm, o interior etc. But when i put the lead back on and started it my air con was blowing flat out. Ive tried turning it off, chaning pretty much every setting on it, re setting it, but no matter what it still blows flat out. Anyone know what this could be? It has got my stumped. Any help would be great
Cheers

Might be bad news, I don't know how these regulators work without a loaded output, you may have fried some electronics.

Sounds like the problem is with your FSC (Fan Speed Controller). As the name suggests it controls the speed of the A/C Fan.
Failing that the CCcomputer may have copped it in the date. Either way not too expensive.

Thanks for that, i guess ill take it a sparky and see what they say, i hope its just the cc module, then i can fix it myself.

The CC module has diagnostics so that should indicate any issue. First I would try disconnecting the Battery (engine off this time) for a while to try resetting it. If it is the fan speed controller then it is probably not related to the battery disconnection.
