I went to a wreckers this morning to look at options for seats, door trims and a console. They werent too sure what would fit and so they tried lining up a couple of door trims off an EL and an EF plus an EF fairlane, they reckon that none of them would fit and that i would really only have the option of EA series, same for the console. Also apparently i am limited on the seats too.

I figured i would ask all the experts on here ... i want something decent.

Cheers

Yeah i wouldnt mind doing the whole dash conversion too - but i called a couple of auto sparkys last week and no one want to to it  and it looks like the door trims wouldnt fit either.

the only E-series gear that will fit is the EA-ED consoles, EF/EL clusters and E-series seats

AU console, The hardest part with the dash is purely the physical fitment as most of the wiring is there inc bem. Door trims are a b**ch, i found nothing fits. Maybe custom retrimed?

Have you fitted an AU console?

How hard was it?
