hey guys wanna put a xr6 underdash wiring loom in one of my ed falcon gli
can i do it with out hassle is it straight forward? or is it a muck around? can some one let me kno

All its got over the GLI is the sports cluster, which you can wire in without pulling the dash out. Oh I forgot its also got clock and fuel flap release, again all of which can be easily wired in.

does a xr6 wiring loom have climate control like the fairmont?
or is it still basic standard falcon one?

Get a fairmont loom if you want all the goodies..
I just bought a whole fairlane Ghia dash and loom.. because I want every option I can fit. |

As your car has smartlock already, then yes, it does need to be a smartlock loom.
In addition, an EB Series 1 loom won't plug and play as it is very different, but you should be fine with an EB11 Sept 92 Fairmont onwards loom. BenJ
