I have a 99 AU II and have been using duel fuel for close to 5 years. And starting on LPG takes long - about 2-4 minutes of cranking. Once on the road, I have no issues at all.
I have an Apexus CO202 Petrol Start and Gastec FP32 LNG-CNG Fuel Processor. The Car starts fine on Petrol, changed battery recently and checked voltage its all fine. I believe O2 sensor and Throttle Position sensor is fine as I don't have any issues on petrol to start or on cruise. on LPG the cruise is all great as well, been to Canberra, Sydney, Perth just on LPG and no issues at all. Its just the cranking start that takes so much time and want to find out if there is a solution to it. I have been searching on the internet for a month now but nothing explains why. If anyone else has any idea? |
