Hi all,
I currently have an AU wagon running on dedicated LPG with a donut (spare wheel) tank which only holds appx 50 litres. The original fuel tank and lines have been removed and is now dedicated LPG. Considering the tank is so small and lucky to get 200kms out of a tank was going to go for an upgrade to a bigger tank. There is currently one on Ebay of an AU ute, http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=150349342454 and was hoping that this would fit my wagon. Has anybody done so? Looks like the reasoning for the two tanks is to clear the diff/ axle housings? Also how hard would it be to change tanks over as the only info I can find is a simple diy fitting kit. I consider myself to be reasonabily mechanically minded and will get it checked out by a specialist before venturing to far. Any help would be greatly appreciated. |
