Hi, I have a BF ute dedicated gas and I have been having this issue for about 3 months, the converter freezes while the car is being driven. I have replaced the heater tap under the manifold, replaced the converter, flushed the system many times, re-plumbed it so it bypasses the heater, bleed the system and I have done most things more than once. I am now at my witts end.
if anyone could offer some advise, then please do.

Hi Bruce. from the little i know re lpg & freezing, to me it points to either no flow or poor coolant flow. does your car get up to running temp ok?
