Hello

I wanna put some Rocker cover breather filter thing-go's on...

But bcoz of Gas i believe the front breather goes to the electric idler thingy, which does work on my car anyway...

And the rear Breather goes into the top of the Air intake Near the butterfly who-ie-what's-it.

Yep

Pic....

My question... Is there any reason why I SHOULD leave this alone? If i take it off i will plug any holes not used... I want to put them on bcoz right now it's real dirty in the air intake... Like greasy. And in the Electric thing too.

Cheers for any help

Parker

Oh.... I know that hose isn't the breather, the one i'm gonna put the filter on is at the back of the rocker cover...

I want to move this one BACK to Manifold below/kinda the injectors, where every falcon and other motor i have seen seem to be.

Any one know why it would have been moved?
And any1 know if there will be any problems with puttin it back where is came from?

Thanks

The crank case breather hose is repositioned because where it is moved to does not have LPG passing in it (before LPG mixer), if it is fitted where it should be fitted (after LPG mixer), as the engine cools it sucks LPG into the sump and next time you start the car, the gas in the sump ignights and boom!! and tends to blow the sump off i know this coz at work this week we had to replace the sump on an EF because the owner moved that breather hose... there were only 4 bolts holding the sump on...

the one in the picture i'd be leaving alone, that should be happy going to the bottom of the inlet manifold. the PCV you see in the rocker cover is a one way valve and will stop anything blowing back in.
the one at the rear of the rocker cover should have been moved when your lpg was installed and the fitting on the throttle body bunged. I'd put a mini breather filter on this one.
