Should be 4TGA. 4 means EF, T is Tickford, G is Gas, A is revision (so it could be A,B,C,D,E,etc). This is the catch code.
cheers Scott

The only thing you can do is try and get the gas there faster for initial ignition. Did you get the primer working?
If I run a perfectly in tune idle then it will take my car about 3 secs to start. Turn off straight away and it is instantaneous start (faster than petrol). If I run my idle a bit rich then the starts get shorter. If I run super rich like it almost wont run, I get very quick starts. All I can suggest is to richen up the idle by using the idle bypass adjustment (if you have one). If you go too far in your search for a quick start you may need to lean out or up the sensitivity to bring off idle back into control. Realistically, the ECU is not going to make any difference to your start procedure. It adds about 10 degrees to initial timing. You may get a slight improvement there but the problem is not enough gas to fire. You can improve the timing all you want but with no gas, no dice. cheers Scott
