Welcome to the forum.
Not sure about your tank, I checked the APA sizes and the closest tank has 102 usable litres of gas, but you dimensions are to rough to know for sure, where are you going to fit it, behind the seat? That length won't fit under the floor without big mods. Here is the link to APA's PDF files, download the cylinder dimension PDF. http://www.apamfg.com.au/main_pages/download_page.html Pure guess if everything is running OK 600+km hwy, being a Pilot you should get good economy considering how slow you have to drive most the time, the pilot sign probably reduces your economy but because of the lower speeds I don't think it would be to bad.

Hi damage,i've removed the complete rear seat and i'd like to fit the tank across the floor behind the front seats at tailshaft tunnel height and fab a cover(ali?) and incorperate shelf/storage draws, etc in the top of the extended cover or something like that,my rough measurements allowed a bit of clearance for both ends and a bit of room to fit a cover over the topof it,anyway thanks for the info mate much appreciated

Sounds good, I would guess there would be plenty of room straight behind the driver, making a legal tank bracket might be a problem but, but it could be done.

i must admit i had'nt really thought about the legal side of things!,i intend to manufacture all the brackets, mounts etc myself as i've had plenty of practice in my 20 or so years as a 1st class welder/boily in the heavy earthmoving game, but i will keep that in mind now and i will slightly overbuild the mounts, and i might even think about some kind of a double skin/firewall deal incorparated in the cover coz theres plenty of room.
