Hi Guys
I am just after some Info.
i have just brought a car with gas on it. And i am not sure if the tank is in date or not.
that i would like to know, If the tank is out of date how much dose it cost to get it tested ( just a rough price please) and if the tank is bad how much dose it cost for a new thank.

It costs around $160 up here to get it tested as it needs to be removed from the car (by the tester). They also changed out the overfill valve on mine. The test stamp should be visible around or under the tank connection housing.
If the tank is in good nick from the outside then its probably going to pass without problem.
