If just changing the engine you should be ok, just use your manifolds and all should be good as LPG only motors have no injectors on the manifold

thankyou jim 3964. im not real keen on dedicated gas and i seen an engine on ebay and just thought it would be a cheaper option for my ef ex taxi that has a blown motor. i was just wondering weather it would run the same as a duel fuel like you said with my manifolds on.

should do ok, not sure wether or not they have a higher compression or not but if they do what a bonus. Just means if they do you will have to put in 98 ULP instead when you run on petrol (yeah when and if you do).

I only really use ULP when I run out of gas, and on trips as a backup (dont feel like stopping yet)

seeing as like most LPG cars being an LPG engine it might actually run more efficiantly on LPG
