Bp near my place is charging 76.9c/litre for gas! 20min away at another Bp it's 58.9c! And they accept autogas cards! So it's probly cheaper to drive to the next town and get it for 56.9c. Extortionists.

Yeah its now summer so LPG will go through the roof.
The next load the cheaper one gets will push the price up through the roof. Its stupid that an Australian product is priced according to the Northern Hemisphere. More demand in their winter from them equals higher price for us. This is why I flicked the LPG on the Maverick. When it uses twice as much LPG as petrol and LPG isnt even half the price of petrol is ceases to make any economic sence to keep it.

Would have made more sence to have the thing tuned properly. at least that way you would have been able to use LPG and save money. |

Fuel costs anger me, as a uni student it was my life trying to afford travel, sobs!

You got it easy,
LPG in NZ is in the vicinity of $1.30, 91 is 1.99 and 98 about 2.09. LPG used to viable here, my old xf drank it at 60c/L but now the newer cars the savings are very neglible. |

its in bgo east somewhere i think. near zone or something {DESCRIPTION}
i think its there. ive been told doesnt gum up converters like shell, less backfires, more of the more combustible gas in the mix which makes it like petrol performance wise & is a good price as they buy in bulk for the taxi's & on sell to the locals as well. At least this is what im told. Im torn. looking to give the EL the flick & get a ute. found a nice FG xr today just driving by. 69k dead gas, hard cover, suspension done, tray liner, 5sp auto. Need to justify to myself a ute, more the price as they dont loose their bloody value! dont really need a sedan at the minute. anyway, point of the story, gas FTW!!
