I'm also interested in knowing how much a xr8 run's.

Why is the combined fuel consumption higher than the urban consumption. Shouldn't it be roughly in between the two, say 10L/100km XR6T and 11L/100km XR8.

I have an XR8 ute 6 speed manual on the highway i get about 11L/100km around town you don't want to know but i can get 14L/100km if I restrain myself.

Because the combined is done to ADR 81/01, the others are just manufacturer claims.
