Hi fairmont, Electronic gas injection using a seperate ECU for gas which is paralled with Ford petrol ecu is the way to go for a dual fuel setup. !00 percent gas is not worth the trouble to retro fit as the range with a 80 or 90 litre gas tank is a pain. Not meaning that you wont get acceptable mileage but I mean why compromise an excellent petrol injection system !

My car has had all the EFI system thrown in the bin. A ratty 1974 Triumph but with a Toyota quad cam V8 Ford T5 trans and a Commodore V8 IRS LSD.....Have a Gasrecearch gas carb with two 90 tanks giving 160 litres of available fuel. A Ford mechanical only Dizzy (good for gas )and with over 280 hp in 1100 kg WOW.

Real life conclusions...Modern car with efi,, dual electronic gas is king.
Great running and lots of miles between re fills.
Old car...straight gas with a reasonable control system..No comporomise
in trying to get the beast working on gas.

Cheers Steve
