We've just recently done a JTG Icom Liquid LPG Dual-Fuel conversion on our SX Territory AWD 7 Seater.

So far my biggest gripe has been the location of the LPG Guage and switch - which was, of all things, installed down on the RHS Dash Spear - yes, down below and behind the steering wheel and indicator stalk.

Suffice to say I've relocated it. It's now in the cluster on a piece of asymmetrical Aluminium angle. It conceals nothing but the 7000rpm indicator on the Tacho - which won't be missed.....

Here's my effort.

Nope. Not happy at all.

A 5 Seater Territory can take a much larger toroidal tank, and the capacity of that was what I thought I was getting. But at the last minte the installer said that the 5-seater tank doesn't go into a 7 seater, so he put a normal tank in. It's only a 63 litre tank, so about 42 Litres useable. Hangs down so low it s**t me to tears. And with only 40 litres, the missus only gets about 230km on the highway, and as low as 160km in town - where the car barely gets warm when she commutes to wok and back.

It's lost power at higher rpm - so is contrary to what most people are saying about Liquid LPG. It may be the install, not sure, because at high rpm it's stuttering. I have to cut back to petrol to overtake.

All in all, a disappointing experience, in more ways than one, and if my experience is indicative of what everyone else would experience, then my advice is steer away.

Get onto LPG warehouse and talk to them and they will ask who insatlled it and kick there a*** for it. They will get you to contact the installer and take it back to sort out all your issues.

Hi has the car been dynoed,

have fitted many JTG systems and all have been excellent the guage fitting was an abortion and installer should be shot these can be located on any flat surface so any where except dash would be better.
all cars we have done have either more or same power flat out they may have kinked a line somewhere or even pump pressure may be low? get them to check pump current draw and line pressure?
