hey was wondering if at all possible to replace the 4 led lights gauge with an analogue gauge? if so what gauge would i be looking at?

you would have to speak to a lpg place
as systems can vary and it not a plug and play operation can i ask why?

put simply, buy a gauge to match the sender, there are many types but new sender is cheap as.

If you can find the correct sender to match the ford gauge (you can buy from any LPG supplier) you can then set a relay so that when your on petrol you see the petrol level and when your on LPG you see the LPG level.
You will most likely have a 0-90 Ohm sender now. It will work but only read about half full when you tank is full. It's no biggie, it is what I use now. Pretty easy to setup. cheers Scott

This should be pretty easy actually.
VDO Sell an analog LPG Guage - I have one somewhere... The Sender in the tank is an easy replace item - one screw to suit different senders. Get the matching one, and your away Nigel |

Just had my lpg put in and they hooked mine up to the cluster fuel guage which I find absolutly fantastic as I really dont like the LED level one... Have had it for about 3 weeks now but it seems to be out of whack... Just below orange light on cluster, but it shows a decent amount on the guage on tank, usually 1/4 maybe more at a stand still... strange

I have that same problem in my EB now.
My previous EB didnt have that problem, and the Trip computer was also accurate. So Im going to go and get the right one as soon as I have time to scratch myself. |
