sounds to me like you have gas... mine do that from time to time too, its normally because the converter has enough to make the car start quick but that burns off, so when ya turn it over again it starts properly, on my LTD i have a gas research system, which has a primer switch, which makes sure the converter has enough gas to start easy

You may need your LPG/converter tuned or checked out or just need the idle set proprerly again...:)

ah if it happens when driving along then yes id say its running a little lean, bump it up your self if you know how, if not get it tuned by a gas fitter or most mechanics would be able to do it too.

i had this especially when it was cold, I think it has something to do with the converter being cold and not converting gas properly, I ended up tighting the bolts around the converter and it seemed to fix it get it checked out though might be something else

Yes, make sure it's not freezing for some reason.

Sounds like the safety cut out is operating (if thats what you mean by power cutting out)
Might need to get it checked but depends if it gets it signal from the tacho line or has a lead to the spark plug (wire wraped around in a coil on lead) could be a loose connection. Is it happening on petrol also? there is a green relay that is for Fuel (next to brown one ) on e-series behind the D/S headlight...

Hope that helps
