hi all,
the car wont run on gas anymore, plus i cant find where the safety switch brain is, so i cant check if it is getting a engine running signal. the changeover switch has terminals, pwr, pet, gas and signal from the tank gauge. This convert was done 9 years ago, it has a brc forced idle converter, and has a lambda gauge on the passenger side inner panel, but has an unconnected wire near the oxygen sensor, but no spade lug anywhere for it to plug into.
regards Carl.

maybe getting power to switch from the fuel pump that works as a safety relay and the unconnected wire is for the closed loop system. do u still have a stepper motor in the gas hose?

you may be right as i can not find any safety switch, but i am struggling to understand how it would be wired, can you explain in more detail. thanks.
and yes there is a powered motor in the gas hoe as well as a vacuum hose, do i connect the free wire to the oxy sensor output?
