Firstly, i would like to know if this can be done by yourself at home, or does it need to be profesionally removed.
Secondly, how much roughly would i get for the complete setup if i tried to sell it? Its a Lovato system, with a Manchester Tank and Sidex pressure relief valve, installed in 2000. Tank is almost spotless paint wise. cheers guys

It is very easy to remove yourself, just remember to close the valve before you start removing lines.
It can take a while though. When I removed one out of an EF it took about 3 hrs. On ebay you may get $50, you may get $200, just depends on the day. cheers Scott

Technically, it needs to be professionally De-commissioned
Second hand LPG conversions will not go for that much. After the Grant, most people are only paying a few hundred, and getting a brand new conversion installed. Not many people know that you can get the grant for a second hand conversion. I bought a EF LPG Factory setup, only done 67,000 kms, Tank re-tested in 2005 for $550, and got a mate to install it for me (Gave him $200, he is a qualified LPG installer). Yet to claim the rebate
