I'm sure if you call ice (9532 6000) here in melbourne they can tell you as this question was actually raised to how accessable the product is and michael answered with an insane amount of outlets sorry i wasnt listening harder!!

I have Bosch leads on the XR8. I put them on 10,000 klms ago when the LPG was fitted. After 5000klms I checked the plugs and one of the leads fell apart.
I have never heard of AMR? Anyone got details. Previously I have run ICE leads without issues. |

Thanks for that JETEB6, I'll have to give them a call as I need a set ASAP. Last night when driving home from watching the State of Origin at a mates place, the Lane had another backfire. Normally doesn't bother me too much as I have an Occy strap holding down the airbox lid at the moment for just this reason, but last night the bang was so big that the strap let go with such force that it actually put a ding in the bonnet   I didn't notice it until the missus showed me this arvo when I got home from work. Damage done now and i'm not friggin very happy about it. As I try to see the positive in most things, I now have an excuse to get the bonnet resprayed. Paint is in pretty good nick but there are a lot of stone chips and now with a big ding added to the equation, it will be just as easy to get the whole bonnet re-painted. 
Don't suppose anybody in Newcastle knows where I can get my hands on a set???

I run 9mm QLD Ignition Leads in the work ute ... I am on my 2nd set now ... first set I got 120,000km from them ... will see how we go with this set ... so far I have had them in for 60,000km.

My top guns have been on my EF for 60 odd k with out missing a beat, rather happy with them.

Found these Top Gun HD Max 300 leads on ebay. They say they are specifically designed for LPG. Anybody using these?

Or these Top Gun Premiums which also have the LPG stamped on the box.

i've had Gasmaster leads on my EB for 10,000kms so far. only backfires if you snap wide open. but thats a tuning problem

I have been happy with the performance of the top guns but not the quality. I.E. the caps came off a couple when checking plugs

A few on here have mentioned that they have used a certain brand of leads for years and that their cars started backfiring, well i don't know about the rest of you but with the older LPG systems (OMVL90) it's a good habbit to change your leads/spark plugs every 6 months or so, this ensures that you have no issues and have a top notch ignition system. Now 6 months may be a bit overkill for some, you may find that the leads are the ones that should be changed more regularly, the spark plugs maybe once per year, i have found though only after 6 months that my spark plugs have carbonised a fair bit.
Of course with the newer LPG systems like SVI this is not necessary at all and backfires are almost non-existant.
