how much do all the bits and pieces cost that is
tank filler + hose convertor mixer electronic dodads etc and how much is labour?

It would be eaiser just to pay someone to do it which you can get done for 2300 and then get the gov money back so it only ends up costing you 300 and you just drive the car in then drive it out, and unless you have a mechanic friend that will certify it you may struggle to get it certified. just my two cents anyway
