Seeing as you get $3 k over there i'd be looking into injected LPG, you'll have to put a bit more towards it but it's worth it.

Over here injected would cost about $3600.

If you don't want to spend that much then i'd be going for the complex convertor with simple mixer, make sure they use an OMVL R90E convertor.

Over here that would set you back $2600.

Don't go with Impco, they're best on old cars.

i had mine done in december by Mews Autogas in Bibra Lake. It cost me $2800 for the gas and the government gave me $3000 back. Because 2K comes from the feds and 1K comes from the state and you have to give them a copy of the receipt, I expected that they would both stiff me for $200 each, but they didn't. Someone told me it is because they are grants and must be payed in full (i.e. 2K & 1K). I don't know the reason, but the 200 surplus was just the right amount to replace my factory subwoofer, that doesn't fit after, with a new pioneer shallow one that fits nice and sounds better.

sorry i forgot to add that i used the grill from the factory sub and removed the mesh, just leaving the outer plastic, which made a nice spacer. It still needs to go another couple of mm's higher still. i found this out when they tried to take the inspection cover off my gas tank. the sub is just high enough to miss the tank, but just low enough to foul the inspection cover.
