Thanks heaps for that. Thats exactly what I have been looking for. Your a legend!

I have been doing abit of research of on the JTG liquid injection systems and people have been posting some good numbers with them without any issues.
Who would be the best person in melbourne to speak to about getting one of these systems installed and tuned?
thanks

Get Mick from Pit Lane Performance in Frankston to do it for you. Tell him that PoweredByCNG sent you.

I would think that if a BA/BF Sedan comes out with dedicated gas, you could fit THOSE tanks under the back of an XR6T sedan also, and run the liquid gas injection off that.

Nope. The tanks on E-gas cars take up the entire space normally dedicated to the petrol tank as well as the spare wheel well. You cannot run dedicated liquid injection based on the current systems under the current Australian Design Rules. Also, liquid injection requires specific tanks with electric pumps (like petrol pumps) at the outlet, so the standard tanks are definitely a no-go.

if ya wrecker mate is selling u a zf for $500 there is somethign wrong with it

and no it wont fit the ba

get a BF

as for the lpg no damn idea cant see why not, the tank wont be under the car unless u remove the fuel tank etc... it will be in the boot

could not agree more the sell for 3500 in the cheaper wreckers but then you need the full wiring loom from headlights to tail lights and every option needs to be the same

so if its 6 spd you want go bf but there both great at 300 rwkw!

Not a good idea. For starters you wouldn't be able to claim the federal rebate. Plus on newer cars, you need to have an approved setup anyway.

just recently fitted JTG liquid to an FG xr6 turbo. getting 290+kw out of it now s opposed to 270 standard.. running 65 ltr LPG tank in spare wheel area. we just supply smart spare tyre kit if u dont wanna carry a spare wheel as u generally get a flat not a blowout around town. will get some pics posted up of how it looks.

You want 300 + rwkw and don't want to thrash it? lmao. Get a prius, otherwise know this: YOU WILL THRASH IT! Anyone that has a 300+rwkw car and doesn't thrash it deserves it taken off them. What's the use then of driving it if you're not going to use it?

One of the first tests they did on liquid injection was on xr6 turbos and in completely standard tune they'd pop 10-15 kw over standard

What sort of ballpark pricing would it be for a similar conversion on to a BA xr6t?
