Ambrose is a great racer, and it will be good to see him race in oz again. In 2003 and 2004 no one could keep up with him jn the mighty ba pirtek.

lowndes and ambrose had pretty equal machinery in 04/05. i always thought that if fpr gave lowndes a reliable package that it would be interesting to see the two together but it never happened. triple 8 gave him that package after they signed up for sbr engines and ambrose could hold his own no worries.

clipsal 04 the pirtek ba was untouchable. same with eastern crk and most of the other tracks.

the fact that ambrose is doing so well in the nascar series is testament to his talent.

lol mate at the moment Ford are bad for Ford. So is Prodrive. Very toxic company in Australia at the moment.
I think Ambrose loves the blue oval. He seems more passionate about the Blue than Ford itself at the moment, can't be all bad!

Just look at the gaps in that calender. Bathurst and Sandown are his gap weeks in the Nascar calender.

well done scott, thats great news. ambrose is my favourite v8 driver and i hope they team him up with courtney.
as was mentioned before, i think russel has hit his limit and i dont think he'll be a title contender.
i could be wrong, but i think courtney will out-do him this year if he keeps his cool.

My mate knew about Seton well before you posted it, everything gets published in the motorsport mags weeks before it's on the net.

If you want to keep upto speed, buy mags.

Am I seeing things? Has walker changed his stance on magazine mechanics and know alls and is now an advocate of such behavior? Well I'll be damned.

The last time i bought a street machine i was 16 years old.
The V8 mags are informative, they have news and keep you upto speed with what's going on in Motorsport.
Yes, i know most of your info comes from mags, you've never built anything in your life so it's not from your experience... You and your mate Phil should have been brothers!
