its very rare for one car within the "series" to be different, you can always group 3-4 VERY similar cars together XA-B-C, XD-E-F, EA-B-D EF-L, commodores are the same,

Those wheels look s**t.

Yeah but at least give it a different grille, not just a slightly diferent mould of the front bumper...

if you wanna be picky i reckon AU2 should of been called something else. I'm sure there were more changes in that then between EF-EL and EB-ED

guys, if u actually drive the two cars, then u'll realise that the BF is a different car to the BA the gearbox is in a league of its own, also the taillights are different in that the BA has alot of lines across the lense the BF doesn't, agreed the 17's aren't the best, the 18's are better tho, but BF has always been a test bed for the '07 falcon

The BA has a textured pattern in the red of the brake light lenses, and the BF has a smooth finish in the red of the tail light lenses.

i think the main reason for the upgrade is the new Euro3 emissions laws, thats why all the engines are revised, 8kw more for the XT, turbo now up to 245kw and 2valve v8 (ghia) is up to 230kw i believe
according to a few reviews the BF also has heaps of NVH improvements
and the new 6 speed is pretty cool

i think its good it looks the same, they shouldn't change stuff for the sake of it, the BA is by far the best looking aussie car
