there was the EXACT same rumour about this last year going around, after lowndes won bathurst everyone said he would be in a holden by 07.

i don't think that lowndes will go to holden... what a doco about peter brock and there was a section in it they compared brock's defection to ford for a while and explained why and then compared the whole situation to lowndes...

Lowndes first car was.......

an old ford cortina GT........ he must like ford there somewere along the lines to get his licence in a cortina gt...

Indeed, I've got his autograph on one of my Ford posters from when he came here for Clipsal this year.

Anyway, I don't think he'd go to Holden, not after his Bathurst win. I've looked on the 'net and can't find anything to substantiate this rumor. If anyone finds any evidence otherwise, please post on here.
