hha yer this has been going on a while
somethign to do with the cops not being where they said thery where via their vehicle tracker so with hoon laws u do the time ( car gone 28 days ) before u are found guilty/not guilty f**k

Well, you can't prosecute someone if you can't accurately ping what speed they're actually doing you know. professional opinions from the pursuing police don't count either in this case.
