They're a lot better looking then the BA 18's.
BA 18's have a 'heavy' look to them.
Might try and convince the old man to pick up a set of the BF 18's when they come out, for his turbo... :D

With the cosmetic differences between ba and bf being only in the plastic on the front, it's going to be very difficult to notice the difference between models in supercar racing with their own custom fibreglass spoiler.

HOLY s**t, is that picture staged or what?

I saw a BF XR8 in geelong a few weeks ago, i noticed it straight away (was coming towards me)

i recon the minor cosmetic changes are enough to distinguish the new model.

Not staged at all, seen koala at 100km/h, braked hard and hit at ~80km/h. No damage to koala or car apart from number plate. Only 600kms old though

One tough f**k koala to take an 80km hit...looked like his neck twisted..

That colur those is diferent looks nice

6-speed was lovely. So smooth, very responsive and tiptronic made it even more fun, once you got used to it. I only got to drive it for about 10 minutes, so as you can imagine, we were giving it a bit of a run, so cant comment on what it is like to drive around town, or on the freeway. I really only used the first 4 gears, but I'm sure that it would be quite nice to drive everyday, considering just how refined it was. And compared to 4 speed, I would definatley go the 6 speed, as a $1000 option.
