hey waggin was good to meet you on the weekend... you said to remind you of a few things...
1. when i click on "xxxx Posts" (like the old "view your posts"?) there is no little image to show if there has been any new posts... (like in the forums)
2. the "Uplad image in the event calendar doesnt work for me.. comes up with something like "fopen Error" ?
3. in the gallery (event) im not sure if i should be able to or if im looking in the right place but i cant add a geelong all ford 2009

Cheers Cam

Just a question about guests looking at this site. my dad is in Iraq atm and i sent him a link to my thread as he was interested. But i got an email back saying he was not able to see the pics. Is this because he would need to register?

If so I think this sucks balls as I do remember being able to see pics in the tec docs area back 2 or 3 years ago before i became a member for the first time.

How I remember it, I was not able to reply in the forum unless I registerd.

Cheers

Josh

To see pics in threads you must be logged in. To see pics in the doco's you dont need to be logged in. Nothing has changed here.

You should still be able to see pictures that are hosted on PHOTOBUCKET or similar, which is the reason why I still upload mine to photobucket and link to them.

I had the same thing - people were looking at a whole bunch of writing talking about pictures and no one knew how to get the pictures going, so simply buggered off never to be seen back on the site again. Their loss, and Fordmods loss too. I know four or five people who've not been able to see pictures straight away and have simply not bothered to come back. Have told them to sign up, IT'S EASY, and yet only one has to date. And that's because he wanted to see my air intake!! Now he's probably seen a million times better ideas and is stoked to have joined...

still having issues uploading files to the event gallery...
it would appear that posts posted in the individaul states (or atleast vic/tas) are not being added to the post counts...? check this bloke for instance... TP351 has posted 3 posts in vic/tas section but it still says 0 posts...

Also an overall 'mark all posts as read' on the main forum screen. FM2.0 was good, every time you logged in it would just give you all threads with new posts and mark the old threads as read automatically.

Yes i have a bone to pick about the for sale rules, or lack of. It seems any mofo can post their s**t for sale lately, i hope i'm not the only one noticing the amount of dumb s**t newbies lately posting their fkn crap for sale thread with complying by anything, I know it should not bother me in perticular, but man i cant stand douchebags.
