I think one inch would be enough for the upper intake to touch the bonnet, wouldn't it?

they fit on EB/ED but not EF/EL . I can buy them new for $135

yeah I put it on and the bonnet wouldn't shut, I had a grand plan of putting a shaker on, already got the shaker, it's a bit down the track now though, money has run short, I've settled for a 3/8" spacer until I get some more cash to do the shaker mod, and even that make the upper rub on the bonnet blanket.

yes it includes bolt set and is available from receparts australia who are located at beenleigh QLD
