I have a question or two before I decide. How bad is the gutter rash and can it be fixed at a reasonable cost. What size are the tyres - notice spelling .... lol  and are the hub adapters REALLY legal. I don't want to be on the bad side of the law and last, but not least. Can a single wheel be purchased from somewhere other than Ford.

The gutter rash is shown in the pics, as said 2 wheels have gutter rash and 2 don't, the gutter rash is not massive though :P
Where there's a will there is a way, you can fix the wheels not entirely sure about pricing. (ask Fuzion)
Yes, the hub adapters are legal, the car was regoed all slips were attained with them on, there is a big diference between illegal spacers and legal hub adapters, the adapters bolt onto your existing hub.
A single wheel can be purchased from wheel stores and even wreckers. :)
