hybrid, liek a combo of el+au.
not really worth getting, as the reason this would be being sold is becuase he's pulled it off to fit an ef head so he can do the cam. |

Means its an AU head.. they used them in 98 model ELs
This means its a little better flowing, has better valve springs... and it'll need an AU cam. |

Nothing is hard about it at all.
This head on ebay comes with an AU cam already.. just doesn't come with shims or lifters for some reason so you'll need those. |

It's not entirely an AU head afaik, there are bits unique to the hybrid head, which you need to retrofit EF parts to to use the EF spec cams, i didn't think it was just that easy to drop in an AU cam. |
