This is something i'm a little reluctant to sell due to being unsure if a want a v8 or stick with the six, anyway.

The gearbox is a ed xr8 t5 completely rebuilt by a motorsport company in the basin melbourne (i cant remember the name of the company. They race a ba ute in the brute ute catagory supporting the v8 supercars).
All the shafts were replaced as well as the bearings. It also has a new shifter stork and gearknob. The gearbox currently has not had oil through it.
It doesn't come with a bell housing or clutch, its just the gearbox.

I bought it a year ago to go into my xf behind an ed xr8 motor, but sadly due to lack of funding i sold the motor. I kept the gearbox cause i thought i could use it behind my 6 but i cant cause they have different length input shafts.

Do you have reciepts from the rebuild?

I dont have reciepts for the rebuild but i have the reciept for the box when i bought it.

Like i said, i bought the box to go up to my 6 but it wont fit cause of the input shaft. This box hasn't had any oil through it at all.

Hmmm.. for a bit less i'd consider driving down to pick it up.
